About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide first-level support for end users via phone, email, or in-person
-Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
-Escalate more complex issues to senior technicians as needed
-Document support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system
Requirements:
-Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from senior team members
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
-High school diploma or equivalent (an IT-related degree or certification is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
-Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft O2ice Suite
-Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools
-Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
